In Indonesia, IFC in collaboration with AXIS, an Indonesian mobile network provider, is helping Bank Sinar Harapan Bali develop Sinar Sip, a mobile-banking service that allows customers in rural areas to perform traditional banking services without going to a bank or ATM.
