Doing Business and Municipal Scorecard Reports: The Doing Business Report provides objective measures of business regulations and their enforcement at the national-level, while the Municipal Scorecard measures the time and cost of complying with municipal-level business regulations. Both reports highlight regulatory bottlenecks and publicize successful simplification efforts.
